  • @fumanchukk He's actually doing it backwards. You need to lean towards the side where you are holding the dumbbell. This way when you straighten your body your oblique muscle has to flex and work in order to get your body upright.

  • @fumanchukk fuman is right hes doing it backwards, and yes it really works nicely.
