@BonaFideLN I'm using 12lbs on the Wood Chop and the Oblique Blast and 8lbs on the Crunch Punches. You can modify depending on your strength reducing or increasing your weights. For beginners, ?I would suggest 5lbs to see how it feels.

@NekeetaCakes I workout at both the gym and at home. I do cardio at the gym 5 days a week and sometimes I do my workouts at the gym as well as at home. My Death By Lunges was shot in the gym.

I eat pretty clean six days a week and I have a cheat day. I don't eat fried food except for french fries or onion rings. Again, check out the My Eating Habits video for more details.
You have good form! It's really important when working out. I need you to be my trainer, lol . Keep up the good work!
