You should only wear custom fitted contact lenses. It is dangerous to not do so.

And I wouldn't recommend wearing coloured contacts ordered off of the internet to anyone.Again, you need to have an optometrist fit the lenses for you in order to ensure your eye health.

By the way you have beautiful eyes you don't need to wear coloured contact lenses.

Coloured contacts rarely look natural, especially on dark eyes. And natural is always more beautiful.

The lenses that are provided to you by the optometrist for free are not intended to be worn.

They are just for you to try on to determine what colour you want. An optometrist actually needs to measure your eye dimensions - corneal shape, pupil size etc. and send that info away to the company to create custom fitted lenses for you.
