I do have perfects against Blanka players that didnt make the cut in this edition because some of them where too long (i was aiming for the 10-15 seconds rounds in this video) and some of the where a little boring to watch so i just have to cut them, to me the match up is a 5/5 even though i have a +86% win rate against Blanka players (he is one of the top 3 characters i lose the most)
