Yeah, I used to work at subway, you'd b surprised how much mayo we put in it. And if we ran out of light mayo. Well there's always regular. They won't know. lol
Thanks man.i'm doing p90x too but i would just eat 5 or 6 small meal portions, and sometimes subway,and i would always order TUNA,cause the protein,but men i need to get one of those books.
P90X- a dumb guide printed on ten cent DVDs and sold for ninety dollars, marketed towards people who aren't willing to educate themselves or learn what exercises are or are not effective for their goals.
@AMpufnstuf well they organize everything for u plus show u how to eat healthy and certain workouts u dont see often.i got mine for free so im not complaining,but i wouldnt buy it
@AMpufnstuf Some times it makes sense for some people to pay others to do the work. Not because they are lazy or stupid, but because their time is worth more than the $90. May be it makes sense for you because you have more time, that's all. No need to hate :)
