His accent sounds like its from Hararghe but i'm not sure if hes from there because his name .. Tilahun? Most Hararghe Oromos have either Oromoo or Arabic names, but who care..

U know Amharas/christians in Hararge highlands used to be big fans of Shagoyye, specially those living in the countryside.
