This was probably the best MP game on the old Xbox - crikey, Quarry and the other maps were brilliant! Still have the game, but a shame you can't go online with it, would love to give it another go.

This was and probably always will be my favorite game....especially "siege" mode. Every team member needed to talk on their headset and the tension level was so high. Golden moments. I bought this 3 days after Halo 2 came out and never played Halo!

Yeah dude, Gr2 deffinetly will play on your 360, and with all the updates they have done to xb live, it should even play much better than it did back then. Now, i missed all of the ghost recon series when they first came out, because i was not a shooter fan back then, NOW i play nothing BUT shooters all the time. I have all the cod's, and halo's, but Rsv1 and 2, and all ghost recon games are FAR superior to the run and gun arcade crap. I just bought GR2 and also Graw2, i'll send you an invite!

Well, i long for the "one life" tactical matches as much as you. I've been playing Rainbow six vegas 2 for a while now. Some of it's modes scratch the itch real well. I love that game so much i own it for both my 360 and my ps3. I bought Graw2 today cause i missed it when it first came out, and i'm pushing all my friends to get it. Maybe we shoud all team up and bring these games back to xbox live by force of sheer numbers!!

I too used to play rainbow 6 vegas on the 360 when it first came out, and I also got the second version but found i continiously got into to laggy matches where if i shot the wall my bullets would have a real delay in hitting it... i ended up just trading it in...

To help satisfy my need for a tactical shooter i even ended up trying socom confrontation on the ps3, let me just say this, that is a poor excuse of a game... hope next years new ghost recon will be about the tactics.

That's understandable, vegas must have had some problems at first, but i assure you, i've been playing it nonestop for the last six months, and i rarely find any laggy matches. Also on your search criteria, you can search for matches based on your language preference, and also on good connectivity, that's what i do on xb live and it works like a charm. I own Socom confrontation,and yes it is a terrible missed opportunity of a game. as for the next graw, i fear EVERYONE wants to be cod these days

this game was the best but the thing i hated about it is that if you played with a guest, which i did a lot, you had to be in first person and could not see around the rocks and stuff like the people who had no guests and had third person. But other than that this game was one of the best online games ever. Nobody tried to glich or cheat in it and people died normally, not in like 20 shots. It came out with new maps a lot and the maps were all good size and pretty cool.

GH2 needed a first person third person toggle like Armed Assault. So you could fight the way you wanted. The third person over-the-shoulder thing took a lot of popularity away from the game.
