ok i work for 3 diffrent small carriage services in michigan and we always treated our animals better and never miss treated them. i love horses and we took better care of them than some people do there children!! they never worked more than 5-6 hours a day and then went home theyre put out to a giant 5 acre pasture. and there are laws that say animals cant work in the weather if its to cold or to hot!! there shoes are costom made for walking on pavement! this video is so wrong dont listen!!

This isn't about small town carriage services. This is about the big cities, whose main goal of the carriages is to make money. You might care about your horses, and if so, good for you. But this is about New York City and every city where it is PROVEN that the horses work in unethical conditions and for long periods of time. Get your facts right.
