Not government I mean the current monetary system. wouldnt the monetary system have to be irradicated aswell, How would people go about making money without this initiatory force. Actually the Preamble to the Constitution of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness along with what is called the 'common law' put in place by the 'founders is almost identical to what this man is saying. The USA has devolved into something quite different by use of commercial law and government encroachment made possible by redistribution of wealth. I'd like a more in depth explanation into what is meant by 'iniatory force' as I am struggling to grasp what actions would constitue as a violation of the 'Prime law'.
For example which of these would or would not be considered 'initiatory force': -ordering a person to leave the country -ordering someone to perform CPR -ordering someone to raise their left hand.
The way I see it, all of these are forceful, it's just a question of the extent to which you are willing to tolerate it
@Sock1122 It would be immoral to order someone to perform CPR... if that order was commanded under the threat of force. The ends does not justify the means. In other words, the 'ends' of saving someone's life, does not justify the 'means' of threatening force.

@Sock1122 The extent by which one is willing to tolerate force... isn't the fundamental measure of its morality: this suggests that the immorality of force, is a degree of its toleration as a primary. In other words it is only immoral to the degree you are not willing to put up with it. But force is immoral as an absolute, and not as a measure of its degree. This is because the sadomasochist for example - is an exception to the rule of the wider general concept of initiating force.

@Sock1122 Individuals can only be genuinely productive if they are free to do so, without being threatened by force if they do not comply. Productivity at the point of a gun, is counter productive... the only productivity that genuinely counts is that which leads to creativity. Creativity in a very real way, is found where the individual is free mind and body, from the threat of force... all such creativity DOES satisfy an individuals desires and this is GOOD and hurts nobody.
@Sock1122 You used the word passively, which suggests you mean that the individual who suggested murder to another individual, didn't threaten force against the murderer if they refused to commit the act. The only person responsible in this example, is the person committing the act. If the person was forced to kill someone under threat of force to themselves... then the responsibility for the murder moves to the individual making the threat. There is no such thing as a thought crime.

Intelligence Quotient only has meaning in terms of specialized knowledge. It is the belief for example that only the few can do mathematics. In reality, being good at mathematics has more to do with integration and practice than innate IQ. In a Prime Law dimension IQ as a definition of intelligence will be meaningless. In the War of 1812 the British were impressing our Merchant Marine into service - now by applying for a S.S.# we are still being impressed into service for Britain's bankers. We also had birth certificates issued in our name - this certifies U.S. citizenship which is only applicable to possession citizens. The birth certificate is evidence of the 14th Amendment citizen - see next above

The intention of that phrase is good. However, if those words "no person, group of persons or government, may ever initiate force or fraud against any individual, their property or contract" was ACTUALLY written IN any of the US foundational documents, we would not have forced taxation, police brutality, IRS, etc.

Nature obviously favors some genes over others... such as slightly longer legs, or thicker tooth enamel - in nature these difference add up to survival or none survival. However, in terms of the individual as a conscious being, we have to a degree, stepped out side of nature "red-in-tooth-and-claw". This consciousness that seems to separate us from nature, is the one thing that leads to an equality needing protection.

In a free market individuals ultimately regulate business - in a healthy way. The Rule of Man is killing the market place. Government regulations, are destructive on the whole, because they are based on a presumed right to threaten with force, usually indirectly through burdensome regulations. I'd like a more in depth explanation into what is meant by 'iniatory force' as I am struggling to grasp what actions would constitue as a violation of the 'Prime law'.
For example which of these would or would not be considered 'initiatory force': -ordering a person to leave the country -ordering someone to perform CPR -ordering someone to raise their left hand.
The way I see it, all of these are forceful, it's just a question of the extent to which you are willing to tolerate it

In other words it is only immoral to the degree you are not willing to put up with it. But force is immoral as an absolute, and not as a measure of its degree. This is because the sadomasochist for example - is an exception to the rule of the wider general concept of initiating force.

Productivity at the point of a gun, is counter productive... the only productivity that genuinely counts is that which leads to creativity. The only person responsible in this example, is the person committing the act. If the person was forced to kill someone under threat of force to themselves... then the responsibility for the murder moves to the individual making the threat. There is no such thing as a thought crime.

Intelligence Quotient only has meaning in terms of specialized knowledge. It is the belief for example that only the few can do mathematics. In reality, being good at mathematics has more to do with integration and practice than innate IQ. In a Prime Law dimension IQ as a definition of intelligence will be meaningless. In the War of 1812 the British were impressing our Merchant Marine into service - now by applying for a S.S.# we are still being impressed into service for Britain's bankers. We also had birth certificates issued in our name - this certifies U.S. citizenship which is only applicable to possession citizens. Nature obviously favors some genes over others... such as slightly longer legs, or thicker tooth enamel - in nature these difference add up to survival or none survival. The Declaration of Independence actually states the Prime Law - "all men are created equal". The Constitution can only grant the federal gov't jurisdiction over foreign commerce, interstate commerce, and trade with the Indians. The federal gov't has no jurisdiction over intrastate commerce (human action). Contrast the honest feminism of Ayaan Hirsi Ali, in defending womens rights against the initiation of force at the risk to her own life... contrast this with the pseudo feminism of Germaine Greer - in putting 'cultural norms' above individual rights of young females, not having their genitalia mutilated. In a Prime Law dimension, feminism would have no meaning... the rights of the individual would take president.... and would protect everyone against the initiation of force.

@Marsh1418 The Prime Law is man made. The fact that it is, does not invalidate it... anymore than the fact that gun powder is man made, invalidates gun powder. The validation is an objective one based on primacy. The identification of the primacy of existence over consciousness. Consciousness does not create reality... it is the conceptual tool of identification of reality... that includes the identification of man's objective nature... that leads to conceptualizing the Prime Law.

@Marsh1418 Consider this: The word "existence" is man-made but the concept isn't. Existence IS. It's always existed and always will. It was just identified. At some point a conscious individual objectively IDENTIFIED the concept of existence and the word for it was created. The Prime Law is a group of words put together to IDENTIFY an OBJECTIVE concept. This concept (as opposed to most others) is of an identified NATURAL law that is intrinsic to our very existence as conscious beings.

So ... How do we regulate selfish personal and corporate agendas and outright ignorance? Poaching ... Pollution (and litter) ... exploitation of wilderness, etc. ? - It would seem that disagreements, on what and how much to regulate will lead us straight back to imposed political agendas (and lobbying). It is not so much a question of what or who is right or wrong, so much as HOW right or HOW wrong and what should be done about that. Take any hot-button issue, from prohibition to abortion.

Now think about what might be holding you back from your right to happiness and prosperity. Is it yourself? When we fail to create we fail to find happiness. When we get creative is there an entity that forcefully takes from your wealth? Why? Should they instead protect the values you create? What would you do if your neighbor took from you?

@comeonewtf - Indeed, you are absolutely correct... 'government is not the answer', and you are equally correct on it being about the 'empowerment of the individual'. Both of these identifications point to the whole purpose of the 12 Visions Party and the Prime Law. The purpose is to remove political agenda laws (the Rule of Man), and hand back individual power to the individual. The only moral purpose of government is protection of individual rights, by removing the threat of force.

I need to hear more about the "Prime Law". I need to hear how it will solve the issue of corruption at all levels of society. When corruption abounds at the business level,(corrupt business dealings), this leads to oppression of the poor, the little guy, and leads to poverty, stagnation of the money flow, and therefore stagnation of the economy. This stagnation of the money flow moves on up to the top levels, and effects those that caused the recession to begin will. It's one vicious cycle.
