I loved loved LOVED this scene... after over 6 years, I was so not expecting this. I was thinking something HAD to happen now, because I read the spoilers about CIRay coming back, but this was so beyond my expectations. I seriously was starting to think the writers were forgetting about the whole Tiva thing, have Ziva be with Ray and end of story, but I am having hope now. I also loved how Tony did not move an inch to let her go talk to him. Hope this is meant to be metaphorical. :)
