How do you feel about them now, since you've had them several months? Do they still keep your back from aching? I have back problems and I'm on my feet all day. I'm trying to find a review that addresses back pain. Thanks in advance! :D Take care & have a great weekend!
I am so glad i ran into this video. My question to you is. I am so afraid to go for chef, because I have IMMENSELY FLAT feet. They hurt like hell when i walk for a long time or stand for a long time. Apprentice chef, I know is going to be 16 hour days. I don't even wanna go down there and try it. But I put these shoes on and my feet were in heaven.
Would these save my feet from those 16 hour days? i tried some arch support shoes, which hurt the arches, but were also comfortable $160 :(
What kind of stairs do you mean? Just going up and down as in walking or going to work, they are great. I would not do a stairmaster or any stair machine at the gym with these. I do the rolling stair machine at the gym and sometimes I miss step with regular sneakers.
Again, I have seen a few people at the gym with the shape ups on walking on the treadmill. I would not recommend this but it's all how you feel.
I would not recommend them for the gym, but I have seen people wear them at my gym???? Everyday I wear them my legs are feeling sore, so I say they work some. The best part is how comfortable they are and they help if you have back pain!!

My husband wears these as a result of suffering from a painful / debilitating foot condition known as Plantar Fasciitis. It basically means as a result of his job (a police man - but people in other professions / walks of life acquire it too ) A combination of being on his feet a lot and wearing job issue uncomfortable leather shoes - the insulation around the heel of his foot has thinned and warn away slightly - meaning walking is often very uncomfortable. whats up. I got that kind of shoes,, ohhhh, for nothing. lol. and I didn't know it have for mens. this guy who work there used his shape ups for 7 weeks now and kinda cool a guy uses that shoes. so I got one. got my mom too. and I havent really use them and my question, do girls make fun at your big ass shoes???? lol. coz I wanna know. kinda stupid but oh well. also, just for walking? no running? or treadmill?
They are working very good! I haven't been wearing them everyday, but when I do I feel my legs working! I can't wear them all the time at work, to casual! My legs do get sore from the work out they give me!
They work to tone your legs and burn more calories. But again nothing is a miracle!

What are you expecting/wanting result wise from these shoes? Were they for chronic back/knee pain or for weight loss?

Are these shoes good for stairs? The roundness of the sole makes me nervous.

Guys have look at them and said what the hell, when I tell them what they are, they seem interested in them. Haven't had any complaints from women!
