I have to agree with this video's description-it is bittersweet. Walt Disney has such a rare personality that comprises of qualities that anyone could use in life. His determination, endurance, and positivity have led to New Orleans Square and so much more. It's a shame he died, but I know, and so does everyone else, that he's watching over us with a smile on his face.
@iknownothing34 I'm looking to get a degree in engineering when im older so I can become an imagineer :) , as im only mid teens and living across the pond in England I'll have to wait some time before I can though :( I just want to be there right now!! :D
I can't wait to visit New Orleans Square. 18 more days till my Disneyland trip! We even got all of our park hoppers and stuff in the mail today :D I'm pretty sure New Orleans Square is going to be my favorite, and Tomorrowland is my favorite at WDW. The Court of Angels I've seen pictures of and it's just beautiful. Thank you Walt and all the minds behind the parks!
ahh this is defenetli my favorite land and is in there where my favorite ride is the haunted mansion rest in peace walt disney your creations will never be forgotten
as long as there imagination dreams and creativity in childrens walt disney would be present to years to come
Awesome footage! I haven't been to Disneyland since I was like 5 or something, so most of what I know is from film footage. I'm dying to see New Orleans Square in person (again)! I love that they have New Orleans Square in Cali, and Liberty Square in Florida, two of my favorite subjects. It amazes me how the Disney parks have all my top favorite subjects: Disney (number one, of course), Star Wars, Indiana Jones, the Muppets, the American Revolution, New Orleans, ha...
I wish I could hear what Walt is saying but I can't over the blasting New Orleans music that is blocking my ears from hearing history :'o Nice video though.
Walt Disney was a true American.
