You can clean the late rubber with a light soapy water. Just get the cement residue off the rubber.

To make the fibreglass casings simply leave your rubber on the master and then form the fibreglass around it. If you are asking about how to pour concrete into fibreglass only molds, you would do the same as with the rubber.

I use 2oz castor oil (Walmart Pharmacy) mixed with 16 oz of 70% Rubbing Alcohol. Put in spray bottle n shake well before each use.
