smoking itself will only shorten her life and may giver her cancer and possibly even kill her, but if that's not screwed up enough for ya then there are other elements of the "rockstar" life she's living that can do worse. many of the great rock stars of our time, in case you forgot, died from drug/alcohol overdose. I'm 16 and I smoke, so does a lot of teenagers in Europe (I'm from Croatia-it's near Italy in case you did not know) I think is perfectly normal that she smokes, I mean so what?? T may have a worse influence, but the diff is it's most likely not going to rub off on a lot of young girls. People get on to Miley because she has more fans and targeted a very young audience, & is now doing a 180 exhibiting behavior not appropriate for that audience. She says she's growing up and moving out of the preteen industry, but at the same time she just started a girls (not juniors) clothing line at Walmart... because that's where most of her fan base still is.

Most people have a time in their life were they screwed up and got into drugs, but eventually got out of it, realizing the errors in their ways.
I still like her. I mean, if someone offered me one, I'd take it, but just that one time. I mean, it's not like I want anyone to be all "YOU NEVER SMOKED BEFORE???!!! EVER??!!" and besides, one time doesn't do much damage to your body. Over time, your body can heal itself. <3

@froggie9219: it's a myth that you can get addicted just from one cig. I'm a smoker myself and it took me like 3 months of smoking half a pack a day to get addicted. And I have many friends who smoke and got addicted after a long time, don't know anyone who would after one cig.

smoking itself will only shorten her life and may giver her cancer and possibly even kill her, but if that's not screwed up enough for ya then there are other elements of the "rockstar" life she's living that can do worse. many of the great rock stars of our time, in case you forgot, died from drug/alcohol overdose. I still like her music, GG, and style a lot - but continuing down this path will only lead to worse things.

I live in nyc it's illegal to buy them if you're under 18 but not illegal to smoke them. so if i got someone over 18 to buy me a pack a cop can't stop me on the street and arrest me for smoking or anything. it's a weird law but thats the way it is.
