That is a very healthy drink! It looks tasty as well! I am not sure that I would like spinach with all of the fruit!! I like to eat my fruits & veggies separately! Anyway, to each his own! Nice video! 5 healthy stars!
There are a couple of new books out, one by Jerry Seinfeld's wife, Jessica, about hiding pureed veggies in all kinds of food (such as brownies)! It is quite good! Check it out! Happy holiday for you & yours!
