@ptpown Yes it does happen and site rules are that it is still classed as a HIT and you are either out of the game or must fall back and respawn back in or wait for a medic to tag you back in, it all depends of the game rules which are explained before each game starts.

Players put their hands up and yell "Hit" when they get shot, so that's how you tell if you hit someone.

Yes you could cheat, but there are marshals who watch out for cheating, and players are permanently banned from the site if they are caught cheating.
