  • There are 2 types of people ... "learn-it-all's" and "know-it-all's". Those who learn a little about something and then assume they know EVERYthing on that subject tend to criticize anyone who is different. Those who learn ALOT tend to realize how little they actually know, and how much more there is to learn.

  • @hellymoore - I beg your pardon. I am demonstrating some techniques for increasing your training intensity... I was unaware that there was only one method of accomplishing this (likely you are a proponent of "Super-Slow", as you identify yourself as a HIT instructor). I did attempt to review your own videos, surprisingly there are none. If your comment was intended as constructive criticism, or educational in some way, then I thank you. It just seemed negative to me.
