I like the LP version. But this is and always will be a NIN song. Reznor IS NIN. Does everything. And can tour with anyone who can learn to play what he writes cause its all from him. Without NIN , LP doesn't have this song. And much of NIN song is much more then his voice. Its everything about it. So to compare voices is asinine. Compare the actual music with or without words to them. That is where NIN sets itself apart. 90% of people saying LP version is better were to young when this came out

I ain't gonna lie, LP did infact do a pretty decent cover of this. I'd sport it in a car or whatever if it wasn't fucking CENSORED to death. Seriously...LP need to get into the studio and do a proper, UNCENSORED cover of Wish. I bet it wouldn't sound too bad at all. But that Rock AM Ring version from LPU isn't too bad. It's just...fucking censored. Which kind of kills it's ability to be taken seriously. Otherwise, it's actually decent.
