what is the best setup for the specialist package

@Emergingpker I like starting with Scav Pro, HLine Pro, Dead Silence Pro. My specialist perks are SofH Assassin and Sitrep pro. But its really what you want out of it I run the setup I do because by the time im on a 5 killtreak i got all the ammo i need and i can reload fast i got assassin so im off the radar and i got dead silence and sitrep pro for maximum sound whoring. I like hline pro because assists that count as kills do count towards a moab. its worked for me pretty well

@Emergingpker LOL nice i use the mp7 attachments with silencer and extended mags with that specialist setup a lot, have gotten 3 moabs with that setup :) I think it will work well for you especially if you got a headset sitrep pro and dead silence pro is just amazing combined :)
