wow, your mini is straight ridiculous. FYI putting your passport at the top of the windshield makes it less sensitive to laser alerts, as the laser band is very narrow and usually pointed at low areas of the car, such as the front bumper or headlights. It's a good idea to mount radar detectors lower in the windshield for laser protection.

Usually, everything is already switched-on so I just take off as everything boots-up.
