@XOmisstay916XO No it does not wipe is off it actually makes the drying process faster at first my mum said that to me and i thought the same thing but no it dosent. If you want to dry your nails really fast try ice cold water and dont wipe your hands put a fan on and dry the water off with a fan. Hope that helped.

@kittystar4 a manicure is not about just putting nail polish on your finger nails, its more about caring for them and their health . painting them is just a way of finishing them , decorating and protecting them you can do all these steps and just buff your nails to a shine or stop at a double coat of base coat and have natural look (unpainted) nails. and they will benefit.
