Looks like technological advancement and automation in Agriculture and cattle farming has taken its bite, farm workers are relocating to explore newer means to earn and survive. Urban small industries and small businesses are under crunch due to out sourcing, import, retail chains run by large corporations. Not sure where this back to back relocations will lead to.
Political and economy pundits have no plans of accommodating job less. Viable solution to check population growth of poor in middle-east, Darfur and Asia is natural disasters of tsunami, flooding, earth quakes or War on Terror.
Westerners have no threat of population growth, as it can never exceeded over 1% rate.
