@inthesky141 I do yes, I prefer spinning hoop to static. Tips would be head flicks, arm circles to give momentum and keeping central rather than stretching out to keep the spin going. Or just play about and see what moves keep you spinning and what kill it :) hope this helps!
@ygreenplatypus haha it's lovely isn't it :) it's not my studio it's someone else's but she really went all out to make it homey and inviting. It's a great place to be creative!
@princesstara1234 you don't have to be really flexible but a bit does help, but there are loads of things you can do that don't need flexibility to make them look good. Like tumbles for example although I don't do any in this video haha!
@guerasteph I think this is an 85cm hoop, but the random handle thing at the top knocks about 5cm off the head height. It's best to go for a hoop without that as it makes some moves a lot harder, like single leg hangs in the middle of the hoop. I've also got a 95cm hoop and it's lovely for doing doubles in as there's more space...
This is beautiful! Do you ever do spinning hoop? and if so what are your tips for keeping it spinning!?

@princesstara1234 hey sorry for the delay replying! It's hung over an exposed beam with tree surgeon straps but it's too low really!
