@PZ5413 seriously dude do you know anything about college football, comparing d1aa to d2 has to be the dumbest thing you've said so far, plus the fact that you bring up that he isnt good because he went undrafted basically shows that you didn't pay attention to the lock out, and that a lot of player went undrafted and were picked up later plus he was considered the #1 undrafted player, an not to take away from Penn state, which is a great program, but saying that a top d1aa school can't compete

I've only watch a few plays into this, and I can already tell this kid is going to surprise a lot of people. I honestly think in a few months, we may be talking about him as the Dolphins starting QB. That's saying a lot considering I am a Henne supporter.

I know I said in my last comment that he probably wouldn't be that good but I watched him tear it up in practice today. I'm surprised none of our writers have said anything about it. Look out for #9 guys, he looked good in only his second day of practice.

I seriously doubt he's going to get any playing time outside of the pre-season and let's remember Henne was better than this kid at the college level. He beat Florida's D in the Orange Bowl and they had a legitimate Defense that year. I hope he turns out to be good and productive but to say he's better than Henne already is going on a limb.

@whatsupbato Your probably right, but you never know because they can always turn into the next Tony Romo. Joe Flacco of all people played perty damn good at Delaware to so the whole small school theory gets thrown out the window.

@flippnbricks2o8 I agree,I'm not saying he's bad just because he played at a small school. I'm saying that people on here saying he's better than Henne already is a broad statement. I honestly want the Dolphins to go after Orton and if that happens I doubt Devlin will get any playing time behind Orton or Henne but he may be a diamond in the rough and may be the next Flacco.

Whatever... D1AA... D2... whatever you want to call it... it's small league compared to Penn State. Have their been people who've had success in d1aa? Sure... but they're few and far between. There's a reason the kid was undrafted.

He'll be a practice squad player at best... he wouldn't even sit and fight for the job at Penn State... instead he bitched out and transferred to a D2 school. I'm a hardcore Dolphins fan, I aint gettin my hopes up.... On a side note, what's worse, the music in this vid or people actually asking for others to "like" their comments???

@PZ5413 As an athlete picking a college is more about the personal fit then athletics, Devlin didnt feel like Penn State was a right fit. Plus UDel is a D1aa school not a D2, and before you go bashing D1aa football, remember tha Udel was at the top of their conference and only lost 19-20 in the national tournament. By the way in their conference they have JMU who went .500 in their league, even though they beat V tech which is a D1 school. So before you go bashing someone get your facts.

I went to every home game this past season and saw Pat start and he is a winner... he makes plays and makes all the big throws when the team needs them.

I had the absolute pleasure of seeing him play his senior year at Delaware, fantastic quarterback, a technician if I've ever seen one. He will be a steal for any team he goes to.

Solid QB. Good viewing of the field. Looks at all his options. Very accurate. good distance. i mean wow. too solid. HOpefully goes to the Vikings to compete with Ponder & Webb. Watch out guys Vikings are going to be the best team soon with him

Devlin was terrible at his pro day, he lacked any accuracy. He was also terrible at the East-West shrine game and looked pretty bad at the NFL combine. He also showed up 30 minutes late to his OWN pro day. This guy is not an NFL quarterback. UFL ready......
