it's just one of those random incidents but i have seen stranger. there was an episode where a strange phone call came in and since no one was really talking on the other end, police had to actually break into the house and discovered that a dog had gotten caught in a telephone cord and just happened to press 911. everyone had a good chuckle

This was a real strange and horrible scene that a little girl's foot got stuck in the toilet. The mother should have been real aware of all surroundings. She should have went with her when the girl goes potty. The fire rescue unit had to break the toilet apart. I bet the toilet had to be all replaced. That would cost lots of money. That was the mother's fault. She should have let whomever she's on the phone with know that she had to go with her to the bathroom.
