I love when Abraham says when you try to explain your point of view clearly it almost always pulls you out of the vortex. It explains so much for me when trying to communicate to my spouse and why sometimes it can be so difficult when I'm trying so hard not to let myself become emotionally charged in one way or another.

Longer answer: if you say 'want to win lotto', then you are coming from a place of not having it. 'want' focuses on where I am now (no lotto winning) and where I would like to be (lotto win). Instead, focus on the feeling of already having it. Meditate on it, write a story about having it. What are you going to do with your winnings, but frame is in the now. I am buying a fast car, I am taking a cruise.
@MartianSpace, Send out a vibration of already having so it can be drawn to you. If you send out a vibration of wanting, then you will attract more wanting. In other words, you will attract more of not having it but wanting.
@MartianSpace Contrast is the experience we have which makes us acutely aware something is lacking. A friend might be sick and you think 'wow, I wouldn't want that'. That is contrast.
