i used skillteacher's technique too on my 4b locs with texturizer on the ends. that method is really great for problem locs of any hair type.

Nice to have you back! I'm glad you're shining! About the rheumatoid (forgive the spelling) arthritis, fish oil (not cod liver oil) is a very powerful anti-inflammatory. If you can find twin labs concentrated emulsified fish oil and take at least 1500 D.H.A. and 1900 E.P.A. every day (that is the about 1 tablespoon) you will should see a drastic reduction in symptoms in about a month. Ilgnore the measurements of Omega 3. By it's self that mean nothing.

Do no use cod liver oil because you can overdose on vitamin a and d. I had to use this for intense chronic acute dysmenorrhea. When I say intense, I mean monthly trips to the emergency room.  That put me on every pain killer in the world. I found this in a health book. It is the only thing that works for me. You may have to experiment a little after all we are all different. But the lever I suggested is a good starting point. Go up from there. Expect fishy burps for about a month as you
