  • i do applications....with or without that liquid, just use water and some soap.

  • @pimplis75 If you use soap and water, use a mild soap and use only about a teaspoon of soap per quart of water, or you will never get the letters to stay in place.

  • Where can i buy a roll or sheet of this vinyl sticker paper and what is it actually called in the store?

  • I believe the material you are referring to is called 'pre-mask'. You can order it from TAP Plastics by calling 1-800-246-5055.

  • is just vinyl and it is a plastic not a paper.

    try ordway sign supply

  • can I add this link to my website?? I do vinyl decals..

    thank you

  • Yes, you can link this video. Thank you.

  • Wow... again I have gotten spoiled by printing everything on the large format vinyl printer and laminating everything to the substrate. I truely hate weeding, and I have moved to using a breyer roller to apply almost everything but the smallest vinyl letters. Nice vid guys!

  • Don't use rapidtac on something that small...

  • Do you happen to end up with bubbles when you are done? It seems like no matter how much prep work I do, I end up with at least slight bubbling almost every time. However, I follow up with these customers, and it seems like the bubbles disappear within a couple weeks after exposed to warmth. Any idea on what I'm doing wrong?

  • You could be laying down the decal too fast, try smoothing out the decal in small sections, using a credit card or something similar to push all the air out, and make it as flat/clean as possible :)

  • you are just not taking your time.

when you squeege do it slowly and with very firm pressure. in a V motion.

    this should do the trick.

but by now you probably know, since you posted 1 year ago

  • Very nicely done. Do you mind I use this link for customers that want to install their own graphics? It's pretty much exactly how I apply my graphics, with some nice twists that I think I will use going forward.

  • You can link this video. Thank you.

  • A level?? How about a tape measure. And i would never use rapid tac.

  • A tape measure works fine if the place you measure from is level. Use of Rapid Tac is a matter of personal preference. It works well for us.

  • Tap?Never heard of it.I work with oracal and avery.

  • i think you don't need to cut the horisontal cuts when you apply it i do it easiest

  • You are correct for small graphics. However, for larger pieces, vertical

cuts make the job much easier.
