Speaking as somebody who's been obsessed with this series for almost seven years, I PROMISE you that's the in-game model. It wouldn't matter if nilad gave permission or not, because it is NOT his/her model. He/She didn't make it, he/she just ripped it from the game and made it available for to use in the MMD program. Thus, he/she has absolutely no say in what is done with it...
