I was at last nights show in St. John's Newfoundland at the Mile One Centre and at the encore of the show, after the song was over the band kept playing, and Gord came down off the stage.. after letting me shout into his mic I reached out to get a handshake, he took the mic off the cable and handed it to me. Needless to say I ran from those around me trying to grab it. :)

Dude, he just lost it.... (I am guessing that it was because he couldn't get his microphone back in the clip?) and totally tried decimating the microphone... anyways... he threw it out, and after a scramble for a few seconds, I ended up with the microphone! (I was in Row 2, Seat 6).. Shure SM-58! I didn't notice much damage except for a couple dings in the metal head of the mic. Can you say "collectable"? =) It was a great show!
