Philip Quast will always be Javert to me, but this beats all the others I've heard.
Who sang Valjean's part in "Confrontation?" He was excellent as well.

Thanks for your comment! Valjean was played by Roger Ley; Roger is currently playing Valjean in a British Columbia production of Les Mis.

The singing was pretty amazing on both sides. It's very close to the absolute best I've ever heard.
