  • Im 16 years old, 5"11 around and I weighed around 165 pounds 4 weeks ago, Decided to start getting in shape for soccer season, I basically did this every day I did miss the odd one, but I actually lost 5 pounds ahaha, but then again thats with a half dcent diet too

  • im 14 5 foot 8 130 pounds and i want to get a 6 pack in 3 months. How many times a week should i do this to obtain my goal? Im pretty skinny and i have a little definition in my abs but i want a 6 pack. When I lay down, i feel all my abs but you can't see them when i stand up. By doing these exercise, will i get a 6 pack? If not, what other exercises should i do? Also, if i get a 6 pack, what exercises should i do to keep it? Thanks for your help.

  • @iwantabsin3weeks this is only to burt fat. if you want a six pack and you have no belly fat, do ab workouts like, crunches, sit ups , etc

  • I have been doing this once a day, After two weeks i have noticed a small change i weight and a big change in arm strength from thoes spider man push ups, im hoping by week 4 i there will aslo be a big difference.

    I have also changed my diet alot. I dont think if you did this and still ate a lot of junk food you would get results.

  • @myPs3RuLeZ123 Yeah, but to unless you're already extremely healthy you won't be able to start off doing this stuff for 30 minutes per session. After 10 minutes most people would be seriously struggling. Good luck :)

  • @pittayayas After burn is, your body still burning calories after you stop working out. Its another way to stay, increasing your metabolic rate.

  • @rodrigopanzer 3-4 times a week or more. But I do 5 days and rest for 2 days, and 5 days, rest 2 days. But sometimes 6 days, so it depends. But recommended is 3-4 days. Do two cycle of the exercises everytime.

  • @MilkyWBar haha no pain no gain XD. I've been doing it everyday. all I know is i feel better from it. aafter a few times u start to find your'e not as tired. so... do more. The hardest thing about achieving anything. is your will to do so XD

    your groin will strengthen up after time :)

  • @MilkyWBar hmm try stretching more. A lot of people neglect flexibility training. You should stretch after every workout - best results if you stretch while your muscles are still hot. :)

  • In order to loose weight you need to have a good diet and excersize. If you have a terrible diet than excersize won't help you.

  • @Reborn1561 "eating healthy" isn't black or white. I'm 5'3''/115lbs - but I eat 2500+ calories per day - some is junk. But I also eat whole grains, meats, salads, fruit and dairy.

    Its about balancing calories with exercise and your metabolism. Judging from your comment you do that very well and/or have a fast metabolism. Some people (like me) have slower metabolisms and need to train harder. If I wasn't an elite Equestrian Vaulter I'd look like a beluga eating the way I do now.

  • @Sanchara Drinking water should help allot to. Plus i mix up food sometimes from junkfood to something healthy but i don't look at how much calories i eat or burn. I know with my afterburn effect training i have no problem eating junkfood sometime's. Most people blame being fat on food. But being fat can be of allot of other problems. I had asthma before. And became fat because off cortisone. Plus if you drink allot coca or fanta you will become fat to. So i don't care about diets

  • Hmmm the point about cortisone is interesting. I actually know someone personally who lost a lot of weight when she switched off of althsma meds that were high in cortisone. I also have it but I tend to stick to herbal treatments and avoiding triggers (such as avoiding mold and smokers) I only use the drugs when I ABSOLUTLY have to

  • @Sanchara Well cortisone is indeed a big problem for your weight. I was a 12 and became pretty fat because of it. I didn't know the reason first so i started eating less. But it wouldn't help. So after a while i got over my asthma. I had a light asthma not a heavy one like some people. Don't know if i'm over it for good. But i hope so. And when i stopped with the cortisone. My body started to lose weight again pretty fast. So yeah cortisone is something that makes you fat

  • @Sanchara I don't really know what in cortisone that triggers your body to become that fat. But i try to avoid cortisone as much as possible right now. And it works fast. You don't have to take allot of it to become pretty fat. It's really a nasty thing. But some people just need it. But the best thing to do is avoid it as much as possible and try to get another medicine without the cortisone. Just a tip i give you cause most people don't know that about cortisone.

  • @Sanchara My metabolism is good. Maybe yours is slower but that doesn't matter. You can have a great body to. It's just has to do allot with what you do. How much you train. How much you eat. I smoke so i eat allot less than other people. And what you drink. If you ever used some afterburn training program. Could help allot to.

  • @Reborn1561 I don't think you read my post very thorogly. ;) I'm an elite athlete training 5+ hours a day normally. The only reason I was even looking at youtube exercises is I was snowed in and needed something to do in my living room. :)

    My point was that if I wasn't doing what I do I'd either be a whale or have to eat only 1500-2000 calories a day.

  • @Sanchara So you need to train allot or you become fat like hell ? But you say you have asthma ever thought of the fact that that could be the reason your metabolism isn't working that well. Well i get the fact about that you have to train hard or eat less to make sure you don't become a whale. But that's pretty damn hard i can imagine. And there are many exercises that you can do at home. This one is pretty good. But there plenty more of them on youtube. Even better ones.

  • Well, it's not that his Maths fail, it's actually he spent 30+Seconds Introducing at the start, and that exercise stopped at 20+ Seconds Before the Video ends. So it's 50s+ - 1 minute. The video is 3 minutes long, So minus one minute x 2 Equals to 4 minutes(: well . The time may not be accurate, but it's something like that

  • @NubBandit I just saw the shortcutabs introduction video, without buying it, though, but he talked about the afterburn effect, that you have too eat less calories thanyour body need sto consume in the next 48 hour, that burns alot of bodyfat, aparently. It may have to do with eating small meals every two hours, maybe? I don't know, but I heard that hightens your metabolism rate or something. Apparently it's supposed to save you money, so I don't know, at least not yet

Do everyday an afterburn training so you keep burning and do monday abs,wednsday abs, Friday abs and sunday abs training. In 2 months you have your sixpack. The REAL KEY is: Discipline...

  • @Foxyboy1995 They are focused at total body fat lose, they're sorta like maximizing a cardio workout, they take away fat, and add muscle definition. so if you are fat or skinny start with these, then once you see muscle definition, tone your abs core by doing some traditional crunches.

  • @LickableElbows With the "afterburn" method, you can lose 20 lbs in about 1 to 2 months if you make it a daily routine.

  • Great work out. You probably only need to do this maybe 3 - 4 times a week, and you'll be lean in no time at all.

You can do any exercise you want, what afterburn means is just what you do AFTER you do your work-outs + he doesnt say shyt...he actually helped me to understand what it means. overall he gets paid 160bucks/hour for his training...damn I say

  • ive been miserably suffering a sprained and injured neck for years. every time i lift something heavy it makes it worse. after doing these exercises my neck feels strong & aligned & for the first time in ages im experiencing some relief! i feel muscles i didnt know i had bracing & supporting my injury.

  • Basicly any compound exercises will give you an afterburn. You burn more calories than usual but you burn calories 24/7 just by breathing.
