Although it's not in this video, Instead of going through all of that sobriety test stuff why don't they just get suspected drunk drivers to breath into a portable breath tester. If they fail it's off to the police station for another test on a static machine.

What's the penalty for drunk drivers in the States..?? In the U.K it's a definate one year driving ban plus fine. For a second offence a two year ban. Then when you start to drive again you are hit big time on your insurance premiums.
