Pretty much girls should just watch this. No offense to my ladies but you all learning how to skate, somehow ALWAYS manage to get a huge scrape and are out for a couple weeks because of it. Anyone know a female skateboarder or longboarder at that, you know what I am talking about.

what i always did for bailing when i tried doing stairs at first is that if i know in the middle i didnt make it push the board back and jump on the ground and roll so you dont brake your ankle or anything. Really helps if your going off something high. Just saying

yeah i dislocated my heel and messed up my foot warming up,i ollied a 7 stair to warm up and hit a rock so my foot slips off the nose and snap goes foot,end result is i now have arthritis in my left foot and multiple fractures with a torn ligament but i still manage to do a few ollies now and then.

He's teaching u how to get your skateboard out of the way when you fail to acomplish a trick. That is something every skater should learn. Also, fall techniques are extremely important. What the dude in this movie shows is how to get ur board out of the way so that you can perform for example a controlled roll instead of trying to stop instantly and break ur hands or worse. That's the point with this movie.
