You hug the post too much. Gotta step out a bit! You are super deep into the crease. Step out about 2 good steps so you are playing mid-high crease. It might feel weird at first (If you are a new goalie) but it will help so much. Also step into the shots as much as you can. Remember: Eyes, hands, feet.
your favoring the post to much. its not bad since you were warming up and such, but try to get more centered and step up to the shooter. footwork needs improvement. other than that you look good.
footwork needs improovement half the time you step half the time you step and follow through with the wrong foot. Otherwise your solid just work on the feet

Also bring your left hand up more the the head of the stick, it will allow you to absorb the impact of the ball better and you will have better movement of your stick. Also don't "punch" the ball with your stick, that's part of the reason why your getting lots of rebounds. Try to absorb the impact of the ball by loosening your grip or increasing the distance between your hands when you hold the shaft.
do you mean shoot it at the same spot everytime?

When you get those grounders, try to position your self so there's no space between you legs and the stick.
