The rule for buying this car straight from the dealer is that you have to already have owned an SLR Mclaren. Don't know why. Once these go on sale second hand, in the pre-owned market. Which will be few. They will still be very expensive, but you won't have to be a previous or current base slr owner, and can buy one. On NFSHP 2010' it says not for the track. Don't see why not. A suspension tune up, maybe, and you should be good to go. Zonda R is better... if you own your own track.

Ok 1.7 mil for a car that has no windshield & only sits two? What if it rains hails or gets cold? Or what if your on the road & the car in-front of you spins a pebble from under the tire and it launches toward your face (when ever I have traveled and during the trip I always with out exception experience pebbles and insects bouncing of the windshield The insects are a bitch to clean I can only imagine what i would be like to constantly clean this car's leather interior.
