Gecko OS is a (homebrew) cheat engine for Wii, it also works with the Gecko USB/SD but most use it with an SD card.

AR is another cheatengine, but isnt launched for wii. Power saves are just hacked savegames of a game, like unlimited money etc.

These things are done by editing the savegames of AC, its pretty hard for non-experienced people. Try to look it op with google.
