het gaat niet om de zang maar om zovele mogelijk je buren punten geven maar aangezien de mensen vrij zijn om te stemmen denkt men van we stemmen voor de buren omdat ze zeker zijn dat ze zullen stemmen op elkaar en omgekeert denken ze dat ook en terwijl stemmen ze op elkaar.sinds de balkan er bij is is't nie meer goe gekomen.behalve 2003 was belgië's beste resultaat punt en nederland overleefde semi final in 2004
