Tragedy of the Commons

Why, someone should divide that pasture up into quadrants and get all the ranchers to agree to a set capacity and a time sharing scheme by which ranchers queue their turn to have sheep on the commons and then rotate that capacity around the quadrants to share the wealth of the commons while preserving its health. I propose we bring this up at the next community meeting.
