Hey I just got this game and I was curious how does it take more player skill than that of WoW? I mean the main aspect of most MMORPGS is that if someone plays more than he is better due to more time spent in the game.

Yes, at level 80, the game is pretty balanced between classes in terms of PvP. Since the gear is not extremely overpowering (like WoW's), any class can beat any class, really. There's not one class that dominated over the others, like in WoW, regardless of player skill (Ret Paladins, Rogues, and Arc Mages)
