It also works if you talk to him and say " i need to do something for a bit". and visit him in the cellar and go back to the goblins and he should start talking to them.

anyone who needs help using the pickaxe threw the hole here it is RIGHT CLICK ON THE PICKAXE THEN HIT USE THEN CLICK ON THE HOLE!! it took me a while but there ya go :]

@lilseb4 ge is the best and fastest way. Else killing H.A.M. members in there hq but ge is faster.
