Hii can u tell me why my computer wont shut down .like when u go on start the arrow |> then shut down when i do that i dnt work it jst says shuting down and it jst load like that for hours and hours. i have to unplug it ..so please can u tell me how to fix that problem ?

I'm not sure. Lately, my computer hasn't been able to Restart or Shut Down due to some Java thingy. I don't exactly why yours isn't but I'm pretty sure it doesn't have to do with CCleaner.

so to make it short, they're those files like favourites on google? so you can find your favourite sites easier?

and 1 more thing.. if i scan for issues, lets say i found 10 issues... when i fix them, what have i done to them? by fixing them do i delete them or ..? what happens to them?

They get deleted. If you choose, you can make a backup but I doubt you'll need one. They are just useless files lol.

hey i did this it works excellent when im on the internet... really sped it up! (well when you're on the same website)

BUT i use Firefox... getting on it takes at least 30 seconds!!! used to take less than 10 before this...

i dont get it!! can anyone help me?

It's different for all computers, depending on how many websites you go to or whether you actually scan for viruses (because some anti-viruses actually delete cookies for you). Then again, I said "up to 200%."

No, cookies aren't necessarily viruses. But they definitely slow down your computer.  This program deletes them.
