my husband wants to go fishing next year on april . how can we plan the same thing?? do u know if the hotel will take care of everything if we ask them?? cause we dont know anybody in peru. is it expensive?

@lance4j - Easy trip to plan, fly to Peru @ LANCHILE/LANPERU airline, excellent service. Fly LANPERU to Tumbes, have the hotel pick you up @ airport. Reserve the fishing boat, to make sure it is not already busy before you go, this is critical. I've fished with the owner, captain and mate 4X, & they are great people. Food at the hotel is top notch. Rooms have AC, cable and are clean/neat. Great place, prices are extremely fair for food, rooms, drinks and fishing. Email me if you need more info.

great vid i wanna go to peru (my homeland) to get me some fish BTW how do you pack fishing rods to go there so that they dont break and do they charge extra???

Thanks, for the feedback. You can use a "bazooka" fishing rod case. they have them in different sizes and the last forever. It depends on the airline and how many bags you are taking. Check your airline before you go though. The hotel has great equipment, so you do not have to take gear, unless you really want to do it hard core, with your own gear. We did it and it worked out well. Good luck.
