In case you don't know ... Philip Bailey is part of EW&F!!! You can find the song on his album "Chinese Wall".

No surprise ... he wrote the song with Collins and Nathan East. Collins produced the album and played the drums. Collins worked with the EW&F horn section in the 80s ... so you should better call it a cooperation then talking about stealing songs ...
