I've come back to this one after checking out about 5 or 6 other acoustic versions and I must say that this is the closest to the original as far as acoustic renditions. For that, I thank you. Sometimes you just have to remember that if it's not broke, don't fix it.

All I got when I see the NIN video of closer is that I feel very uncomfortable with the lyrics and all that images. That's what the video gives us, while talking about love (in a different way).

So... You did not made me feel the same way. This voice is awesome and the guitar and all fit well, but... Like... It lost all the fun of the music... =/
