It would be possible to mount a bi-pod, but because of the recoil characteristics you will lose accurcy big time. Bi-bods are only good on Co2 powered or PCP air rifles. Not on springers.
Hey, very nice video. Nice gun. But I like breakbarrels more, I think they have easier cocking and loading. But I believe the CFX have a better accuracy due to the barrel lenght.
what do you think about the whisper version of that gun? do they help reduce noise or is not worth it? (im talking the fixed barrel kind still i dont like break barrel..seems like theyd break easily)
i am going to buy one of these within the next month or so, and you are certainly right, FIXED BARREL IS THE WAY TO GO, i bought a tech force 97 (.22) a couple months ago, and the accuracy is amazing compared to break-barrel air guns. does the cfx consistently maintain its velocity? i know the tech force needs to be oiled every 50 or so rounds
@kvusmc I'm from Spain and I have the same cfx model. Sure that is a 2009 model? I was searching in a lot of webs but I don't found any information. Thanks

@kvusmc Ah ok thanks! So which do you find better in convenience? Like which one is better do you reckon break barrel or rotary for speed and convenience? It's just that i'm not confident that i will like this sort of cocking. Is it easy? Thanks again!

Ideal for a small game hunting rirfle after 2012 hits. Rats and small birds could become the meal of the day without making alot of noise.

kvusmc 1 year ago
For what its' worth, ALL of the Gamos currently being made, you will be unable to install the GRT-III trigger.
Gamo, in their infinite wisdom, put plastic components in their new triggers and receiver, making it impossible to do the 10 minute drop in.

@PinkOld Im glad I got the Older Model Buddy

I see CharlieDaTuna's magnificent GRT-III trigger.
Both of my own CFXs have them, and they make a world of difference for the better.
