Amazing that a group calling themself 'zoo' doesn't know that the civet ISN'T a cat. They're a separate species unto themselves, family Viverridae, which contains the civets, the genet and the linsangs.

The thing with this coffee is that it doesn't actually have the civet's droppings in the coffee. They take the "digested" coffee beans, CLEAN them, then roast them. The act of being digested chemically alters the bean, giving it the new flavor. You are not drinking civet poop.
