She's one of those guitarists who's like a well honed weapon: Not many applications for it but deadly when used properly. The thing is she's really young. With a bit more time and some fresh influences this girl could change the world. Watch her jam with Living Colour for a better exhibition.
She is skillful for a practiced young lady. However, she'll have to live a little 'til she's able to infuse the passion that can only come from worldy experience-tough to sing about love and the blues at 15-but certainly a thoughtful projection.

Jimmy page started as a studio musician playing back up to various artists. Including Cream. One Eric Clapton was very impressed w/ him. He joined a band called The Yarbirds. The rest is history.
The problem is that she is 15/19 and we are comparing her playing, tempo, feel and tone to Clapton, Allman, Hendrix. Those qualities come with time, experience and life. By the time she is 23 she is going to be unbelievable.
Not a great voice. Talented guitar player, but i know about 8 people as good if not better, who wouldn't get as much attention because they're male. Meh, keep on doing what you love though.

It already did take her places. She is now 19 and lead guitarist for the Cirque Du Solei Michael Jackson Immortal Tour. I think she developed her bends and different technique because she started full size guitar so young. Small hands and it takes some hand strength. But at least from 16 on she normally bends just fine to pitch and with vibrato.
No voice but give this chick a few more yrs with the guitar and she mite go all the way lets face it the real hard part is gettin discovered and then if yu have talent which i think she does it mite take her places
It's great to see a guitarist happy.. That's the most important part but I don't understand why she's so famous. Her technique is very amateur, bending the neck upwards when she does bends and she doesn't have any vibrato in the notes..But eh, a girl who got lucky. Cause she's a girl, I bet. If a guy were doing this, or even me, I could title my video "13 year old boy plays Layla" and nothing will happen. As soon as it says "girl" it will blow up.
She is talented. But Ifind there's some things to make better. First, the guitar (are they humbuckers ?). What is the amp ?..... The recording is bad. All sounds a little bit confused. Maybe needs she a better rythmic. The drumming sounds somehow archaic.
Her voice sounds too weak (or is it also the recording ?). ...... Well...
Nevertheless, congratulations. Hopes for the work on the voice (maybe a little shy ?), and waiting for more practice and some years.

I love the fact that Desiree and Orianthi, both monster guitar players play rock. I guess its kinda hard to be a child prodigy at sampling or "producing". Continue to kick ass ladies.

It already did take her places. She is now 19 and lead guitarist for the Cirque Du Solei Michael Jackson Immortal Tour. I think she developed her bends and different technique because she started full size guitar so young. Small hands and it takes some hand strength. But at least from 16 on she normally bends just fine to pitch and with vibrato.

It's great to see a guitarist happy.. That's the most important part but I don't understand why she's so famous. Her technique is very amateur, bending the neck upwards when she does bends and she doesn't have any vibrato in the notes..But eh, a girl who got lucky. Cause she's a girl, I bet. If a guy were doing this, or even me, I could title my video "13 year old boy plays Layla" and nothing will happen. As soon as it says "girl" it will blow up.

She is talented. But Ifind there's some things to make better. First, the guitar (are they humbuckers ?). What is the amp ?..... The recording is bad. All sounds a little bit confused. Maybe needs she a better rythmic. The drumming sounds somehow archaic.
Her voice sounds too weak (or is it also the recording ?). ...... Well...
Nevertheless, congratulations. Hopes for the work on the voice (maybe a little shy ?), and waiting for more practice and some years.

@Holz4xa sounds like the sound was recorded from the same camera that did the video, most likely a point and shoot, thats why the the sounds are off.

Parece que toca guitarra bem, mas a qualidade do áudio, no geral, e da voz, no particular, está ruim. Melhor ela fazer outros vídeos de melhor qualidade de gravação, principalmente de áudio, afinal o objetivo principal é a música em si.
