Freud ideas of course has flaws but you have to recognize that he of a few began the creation the ideas of the way we think consciously and unconsciously and he could not blame the "elite" with not some much knowledge of who they were and were about, but saw "Man as a whole" of what we are cable of doing and sought to know why and created his theory about why we do what we do...
1:00, when they mention WW1, Freud blames MAN for the wars and NOT the very few Elite Psychopaths who were really behind the war in the name of money, power and de-population. I also find it Ironic t hat he could not analyse his own addiction, I don't class my mind to be as inspiring as we are lead to believe his was but this is a serious flaw on the basis of not being able to control his own mind, shame on the human race for what it has become, I blame all people for not using their mind
@UKBLIVE but many of the soldiers volunteered to fight. and even if they were drafted, they could have not killed each other so much-- but he's right, it's a human instinct to kill.
...kill or be killed world is what we live in, i dont know about yall but if someone was trying to take my life, id try and take theirs...

Isn't it interesting that the USA came to Freud's aide? They clearly recognized his living genius.
