@69MC97gc Santana has a different style than Meola. What Meola plays are well-composed scales, what Santana plays are out of the blue, but still really great riffs. Big difference between the two.
I saw these guys in 1976 in NYC at the Beacon Theatre. It was an AWESOME performance. Stanley's hands moved so fast that at times you could not see his hands move. These guys are excellent musicians playing real instruments and they still got the skills. The Sorceress is my favorite cut from The Romantic Warrior recording. I don't see Chick performing in this clip. That's a bad leather coat he is sporting in the still at the end.

Saw them in 1974 -1975 in MD, back when their promoters handled out complimentary rolling paper with their album discography on the cover of the dispenser (lol)... those were the days and some of the best shows I've ever seen... and not because of what was rolled in the free paper ;-)
im 11, and they are they best band ever. i saw them in michigan. im one of those kids who like real music instead of crappy rap music about sex and guns
Whoa a kid after my own heart! Can I adopt you? Seriously it's very awesome to see an 11 year old that digs RTF! There is so much out there for you to experience! Keep on listening. You rock!
Ofcourse there is !! Music ain't gone ! There are a lot of young cats playing real music out here around the world ! I'm a Sax player from Paris, I'm 18 and those guys are my heroes !
Went to the show last Tuesday night in Philly and they were fantastic, to make things better Bela Fleck opened for them. WOW. Two weeks later on 19th Marcus, Stanley and Victor are in Philly.. Can't wait..
I have to disasgree.Maybe Santana can do that too-And watching and listening...Lenny White wrote this.Has to do with wiitchcraft...

xenotoxette, while Al sure does light the PRS up, I think a strong case for Santana can be made in terms of making a PRS sing...
